The playbook is your selling doctrine: how the storefront agent should talk about your inventory, how it packages products together, and how it prices. It has two parts.

Operating instructions

Markdown in your own words: what to lead with, which products pair well, which buyers to prioritize, what never to promise. Each save creates a new version and activates it; history is kept and older versions can be reactivated from the page.

Pricing facts

Each pricing fact has a label, a plain-language condition for when it applies, a price, and a strength: A targetPercentile (p50, p75 or p90) tells the agent where to aim within market guidance. House discounts give a fixed percentage off to a buyer’s brand or operator domain. For example, a playbook might anchor premium video at a 32CPMwitha32 CPM with a 24 hard floor, anchor display at 8witha8 with a 6 floor, and say in its instructions that package discounts never exceed 15%.
