The Semicola app is chat-first. Semi sits in the middle; pages open beside the conversation, and the rail on the left takes you straight to the records you work with.

Account switcher

If you belong to more than one account (say a Buyer and a Seller account), open the account menu and choose Switch account. Admins add accounts from the same menu with Add account (see Accounts and organizations).

Home

Home is a new chat (New chat in the rail) with starter prompts for your kind of account and what’s waiting on you. Ask Semi anything, or pick a prompt; see Ask Semi for buyers and Ask Semi for sellers.

The rail

  • Buyers: your advertisers and their campaigns, and past chats.
  • Sellers: workspaces for Inventory, Advertisers, Buyers, Agents and Campaigns, plus set-up, merchandising and operations pages.
In a seller account, the setup checklist’s sections list your inventory sources and advertisers. Hover or tab to a section header for Filter and Add to ; with the header focused, / opens the filter and Escape closes it. A long section shows its first 50 rows with a “Showing 50 of …” row that opens the full list. If your account has a Demo Storefront, the rail’s Set up group starts with a Demo Storefront row that opens it.

Settings

Open Settings from the account menu. What you see depends on your account type and role:

Language

You have one language setting, and three places change it:
  • Account menu → Language: the submenu lists every language under “Semi replies in”.
  • Account menu → Account settings → Preferences: the Interface language card (“Applies to reviewed app copy and Semi’s default response language. Unsupported surfaces stay in English until migrated.”) with the ten interface languages. Saving shows “Language updated”.
  • Settings → Semi preferences → Language: Response language, for Semi’s replies.
Semi replies in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Arabic, Hindi or Turkish. The app’s interface is translated into English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese and Simplified Chinese; with Swedish, Polish, Arabic, Hindi or Turkish the interface stays in English while Semi replies in your language. Some pages are still English only, and names and content from your account aren’t translated. Chat messages lay out right to left when they’re written that way (Arabic). Dates, times and numbers in the app follow your language’s locale (for example de-DE). Money shows in the record’s own currency. Before you pick a language, the app follows your browser’s language. A new chat starts in your language; the API side is described in Semi API.

Advertisers

Buyers add an advertiser from the advertisers list or by asking Semi (“Help me create a new advertiser.”). The brand card is resolved from the advertiser’s domain; see Advertisers.

Members

Settings → Members lists everyone in the account. Admins choose Invite members, enter one or more emails and pick a role: Admin (manage members, billing and settings), Operator (can edit) or Member (can view). Invitations can be resent or revoked, and access requests from people on your domain are approved or declined here. Roles are described in Accounts and organizations.
