# Ask Semi

> Use the assistant to set up, merchandise and operate your storefront in conversation.

**Semi** is the assistant in the Semicola app. For a storefront it opens the right page inline, fills
in what it can, and asks before it changes anything that matters. The seller rail groups its work
into **Set up**, **Merchandise** and **Operate**.

## Interview your storefront agent

On a new storefront, Semi can interview you about the business (audiences, flagship products,
pricing habits, what you never sell) and turn the answers into proposed updates to your listing,
products and playbook. It then offers a practice brief, "See my agent handle a brief", so you can grade
the answer before any buyer sees it.

## Confirmations

Semi reads freely but asks before it writes anything durable. A confirmation card shows exactly what
will change; nothing happens until you approve it. Approving a media buy, saving AI Business Rules
with both gates automatic, and publishing listing changes always ask.

## The same tools everywhere

Semi uses the same tools as any MCP client. Anything you can do by asking Semi, your own agent can do
